How will this work for me if I am interested?
I (Sang) will handle acquiring leads and getting you interviews. You have to present yourself and win the interim roles just as you would a typical job interview. Once you win the job, you will work as if you work there, but with a contractor status for a term/goal desired by the employer. They will pay Techellence for your services, and you will receive a payment from Techellence. As we begin, 10% will be held by Techellence for overhead costs (minute details, let's work that out by a conversation).
Any strings attached once I express my interest?
No. You can just let me know if you are not interested at any time.
Are there any costs for me?
No. Just your time in providing me info about you. For example, if a potential client has a question about your experiences, you may need to clarify and provide more information. When customers are interested, you will jump on an interview with them. Costs of travel would be borne by the client/employer.
Why are you starting this service?
To meet the needs of the market. More than ever, employment is becoming a sticky topic, especially for fees expected of executives. As a result, companies recognize a need for someone with executive skillsets but are hesitant to hire. Many "reqs" are canceled without reason or hire. Allowing company leaders to set aside specific funding to see how much a skilled executive can bring value to the company may benefit all parties. For IT executives, in particular, there is a growing need for compliance due to the increasing focus on privacy and cyber threats.
